Lindsay is a Glasgow born artist living in Darlington, England.She graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in 1997.Lindsay has always been inspired by nature and by the highlands and the West Coast of Scotland. Lindsay spent many summers visiting with family in Mull. Lindsay says,

“I live in England, but my heart is in the Highlands.”

Lindsay loves strong, vibrant colours and has a tendency to abstraction and intuitive work, with the idea and memory of (Scotland's) landscapes and seascapes providing the initial 'spark.'
