A talented artist from a very young age. Whilst art was a still a hobby albeit a very passionate hobby, NIck embarked on a degree in Archaeology at Leicester University. A short stint in teaching thereafter did not work out and he secured a role as an Educational Publishing Rep.

Around this time, he moved to Great Bowden which nestles right in the rural heart of Leicestershire, which provided him with infinite inspiration on a regular basis, whilst still continuing on the more commercial wage route. Returning to his native Derbyshire in 1988, Nick eventually followed his heart and now paints full-time. His dream of becoming an artist realised, much to the delight of his many admirers.
