Lesia paints boldly in bright colours, creating texture and movement through vibrant application. Nature inspires her, as well as feelings or memories; like sunlight dappling through the trees, sunsets on the beach, meadows of wild flowers.

Lesia paints quickly using brushes, palette knives, spray paint, pastels and sometimes anything to hand to create the feeling of energy and movement. Lesia uses her non-dominant hand for mark making as she develops the artwork. The results are thick, impasto application, scrapes and layering with mark making in an abstract manner to create beautiful, bright art.
