Ar Bee's practice employs automatism as a catalyst for intuitive exploration, allowing spontaneity, chance, and material experimentation to guide the creative process. Working with varied materials, they embrace uncertainty to avoid predetermined outcomes, allowing each work to develop through a dialogue between artist and  media. The unexpected forms, textures, and compositions that emerge often reveal insights into their subconscious and experience of navigating ADHD, where instinct and connection are vital. Through this process, thier work explores the relationship between chaos and control, offering unpredictability and opportunity for self-discovery and understanding.
