Miquel Pique Casamajor known in the art world as Steven, was born in Barcelona on 18th June 1958. He began in engineering but left this to start an artistic career in the studio of Casanova Montagud in Barcelona.

He moved to Scotland in 1984 where he found inspiration from the landscape and countryside way of life.
