David is a Catalan artist residing in Glasgow. He is both a composer and painter inspired by the natural and urban landscapes of Scotland. David has degrees in Geography and History from the University of Lleida, specialising in Art History. He also has a Higher Diploma in Music from the Superior Conservatory of the Liceu de Barcelona, specialising in composition.

David taught music at the Generalitat de Catalunya high school. He was then a Professor of Harmony and Musical Analysis at the Municipal Conservatory of Lleida.

As a composer David has released several concert works in the Auditorium Municipal Enric Granados de Lleida, in the musical cycles of the Udl, in the Palau de la Música in Barcelona and even in Weimar and in London.

As a painter he took part in various exhibitions in Spain and UK (Paisley Big Art Show 2024). As a Glasgow based artist, he creates paintings of the city’s landscapes and cathedrals in oil technique and portraits.
